You can request deletion of your personal data through our official channels.
How to request deletion
Write to privacidad@arautravel.cl with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your full name, associated email and phone number.
Response time
We review each request and reply within a reasonable timeframe after validating the requestor identity.
Data that may be retained
We may retain minimal records when required by legal obligations, security reasons or operational backups.
